Had a pretty good time shopping here. I mainly go with this seller since the cold wallet makers suggest them, so I feel secure. Plus, their prices are competitive and pretty solid.

I managed to snag the authentic Ledgers I wanted, but it was a bit of a hassle since I couldn't use my Business card for the purchase. They required me to upload a picture of the card, my ID, and a selfie. I did end up using PayPal, but it wasn't my business account, which was kinda frustrating.

I haven't received either my product or a refund, and they’ve stopped replying to me. If you’re in a country with limited banking options like I am, and can’t dispute the charge, then I strongly advise against buying anything from this unprofessional company.

If they don’t return my money, it feels like they’ve committed fraud. My cash has been sitting in their account for months now, seemingly vanishing into thin air.

Update - 29/04/2022: I ran into an issue with a Trezor One. After waiting two months for it to reach my country, I sold the Trezor still in its original packaging. It was only after the sale that I found out the Trezor One had some defects.

I reached out to 'The Crypto Merchant' via email for support. While it took a bit of time to get responses, I usually heard back from them.

I did get my refund for the Trezor One. I highly suggest checking out 'The Crypto Merchant' for your hardware wallet needs, especially if you're in places like 'Brazil'. Their support is pretty reliable, and the warranty is solid.

I'd definitely buy from them again, but next time, I’d opt for a sturdier product to avoid any issues with defects.

What a nightmare. They never sent me the hardware wallets because they couldn't verify that the billing address on my credit card matched the shipping address for my order. I even sent them a photo of my credit card along with my ID as they asked. But still, nada. I called multiple times and left messages, but still nothing. Eventually, I had to cancel my order, and it took ages to get my money back. Seriously, steer clear of these unprofessional folks.

It's been two months and we still haven't gotten the Trezor One Hardware Wallet, which is a crucial tool for one of our team members. The Crypto Merchant crew wouldn't offer any assistance until 45 days after the expected delivery date. Just terrible service.

I misplaced my Ledger and needed a new one shipped out quickly. The Crypto Merchant got it to me in about 2 days, if I remember right (Ledger took longer). Initially, I was a bit anxious it might be a scam, even after doing some digging. But hey, my funds are still safe after six months, so it seems to be the real deal! Haha. Ledger even lists them as a 'certified dealer,' which is pretty cool. So, I'm happy that I didn't end up getting scammed.

My Bitbox 2 showed up quickly and was wrapped in plastic. Setting it up was a breeze. I checked out a couple of online tutorials to avoid any surprises. Even with my clumsy fingers, I figured out the interface pretty fast. Thank goodness for that back arrow! I use the desktop app on my Linux machine without any problems (Kubuntu 21.10).
